During the month of July we had several Hair Stylist Academy (HSA) training sessions take place. We always do our best to constantly refresh our employees’ skills and incredible talents. Throughout July our employees gathered at Regis Corporation training studios to learn new techniques and theories about hairstyling. They practiced 5 different cuts including short hairstyles like an elevated “Posh” cut, long layers, and men’s clipper cuts. After performing each style 2 or 3 times, the classes proceed to examine their work and answer a few written questions regarding the reasoning behind the techniques. Not only do our employees master the cut, but they also perfect the strategies and concepts of each one.
Our Artistic Director, Julia, did an incredible job teaching the seminars through encouraging questions, giving feedback and demonstrations, and providing helpful tips. We would like to thank all of our employees for their hard work and dedication to improvement!
